If you haven’t seen this talk already, then I cannot emphasise enough that this should be required viewing for all educators (particularly following a “westernised” approach to teaching).
Sir Ken Robinson is a leader in the field of creativity in education and this TED talk from 2005 is a beautiful introduction for those that may be unfamiliar with it.
